Winter Staff Seminar – 2025

The Annual Winter Staff Seminar (9–10 January 2026) for DLF QEC Innovative Schools – Summer Fields & Ridge Valley brought educators together around the theme “Visible Learning.”

While day 1 featured inspiring sessions and panel discussions on visible learning, learning progressions, generational shifts in education, and creative pedagogies, led by distinguished thought leaders including Dr. Ameeta Mulla Wattal, Chairperson, DLF Schools; Mr. Darpan Vasudev, International Motivational Speaker; and eminent educationists Mr. Ashok Pandey, Ms. Anita Makkar, Dr. Renu Malaviya, Dr. Neeta Bali, and Mr. Sandeep Sethi, along with Mr. M. Santhosh Kumar, ventriloquist and TEDx speaker.  Day 2, led by the school’s leadership, shifted the focus from vision to action through interactive workshops on collaborative classrooms, competency-based assessments, and music and movement integration, ensuring meaningful application across different learning stages.

The two-day seminar strengthened a collective commitment to purposeful, evidence-based teaching and reaffirmed a shared resolve to make learning visible, meaningful, and transformative for every learner..
