Post Office Visit on Hindi Day 2025
As part of Book Week’s Hindi Day and their learning about writing informal letters in Hindi, students of Classes III to V from The DLF School, Ridge Valley visited the local post office for a hands-on experience.
They observed how the postal system works and explored services like letters, parcels, and money orders. The highlight of the day was when each student wrote an informal letter in Hindi, sealed it in an envelope, pasted a stamp, and dropped it into the post box—bringing their classroom learning to life!
The visit beautifully blended language learning with real-world application, making it a memorable and meaningful experience.
