I am honoured to serve as the Principal of Ridge Valley School and extend my sincere gratitude to our Chairperson, Dr. Ameeta Mulla Wattal, for her trust, guidance, and inspiring vision. Her leadership continues to set a strong foundation for excellence and innovation, and I am deeply thankful for the opportunity to contribute under her mentorship.

Having been a part of this institution for over 12 years, I share a deep and meaningful association with our students, parents, and staff, which strengthens my commitment to leading the school with both purpose and understanding. Over the years, my journey at Ridge Valley School has allowed me to closely understand its ethos and this strong foundation will enable me to contribute more meaningfully further strengthening our learning environment.

My vision is to build a learning environment where students are encouraged to think independently, reflect deeply, and engage with the world with curiosity and purpose. Preparing students for a global future is another important aspect of my vision. By integrating international exposure into the learning process, I aim to help students develop broader perspectives and cultural awareness. Complementing this, a focused approach to STEAM education will nurture innovation, analytical thinking, and creativity.

Experiential learning will remain central to our approach, as we believe that true understanding emerges when students actively explore, question, and apply their knowledge. We, at Ridge Valley School, also believe that leadership skills are best developed through opportunity and experience. Creating platforms for students to take initiative, collaborate, and make decisions will be a key priority, helping them grow into confident and responsible individuals. Emphasis on structured career guidance will also enable students to make informed choices and build pathways aligned with their strengths and aspirations.

Equally important is fostering open communication and strong partnerships with parents. A transparent, collaborative approach will ensure that we work together to support each child’s growth and well-being. 

With clarity of purpose and a shared commitment, I am confident that we will continue to build on the strengths of Ridge Valley School and move forward with integrity and vision.
