I am honoured to have been appointed as the Principal of Ridge Valley School
I am deeply grateful to Dr. Ameeta Mulla Wattal, Chairperson and Executive Director, DLF Schools for entrusting me with this responsibility. Under her visionary leadership and mentorship, I look forward to contributing meaningfully to the continued growth of the institution. I warmly welcome you to this shared journey of purpose and progress.

With over 25 years of experience as an educator, counsellor, and school leader, I remain committed to nurturing not only academic excellence but also the emotional strength, confidence, and values of every student. Our endeavour is to develop a thoughtful, self-reflective, and conscientious generation that contributes meaningfully to society.

At the same time, academic rigour remains central to meaningful learning. From my experience at Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram, I have seen that without strong academic foundations, clarity of concepts, disciplined habits, and high expectations, holistic development cannot take shape. Academic strength builds confidence, provides direction, and enables deeper engagement. While we nurture values, creativity, and life skills, we will also strengthen academic systems to ensure consistency, depth, and high standards of achievement.

At Ridge Valley School, we will continue to foster a caring and personalised environment where students feel valued, think independently, and learn with curiosity and purpose. Alongside experiential learning, our focus will be on developing confident, capable, and responsible individuals prepared for a rapidly changing world.

A strong partnership with parents is central to this journey. Your trust, support, and open communication will be invaluable.
