A Fine Arts and Craft graduate from Pracheen Kala Kendra (Chandigarh), Palwinder did her B.Ed from Punjab University, Chandigarh. Part of Arts Department Palwinder is passionate about nurturing creativity in children. She believes in developing emotions and expressions through Art. She tries to imbibe in them the skills of visualization, creativity and imagination by using various forms of Art as a medium.
